Delivery Policy
Important: Career Potential Psychometric Assessment (CPPA) is a digital product. No physical item will be shipped. After successful purchase or verification, you will receive a downloadable PDF report and certificate via email, and/or via a secure link on our website.
Delivery Methods
- Email Delivery: We email your personalized report to the address you provide during checkout.
- Download Link: We provide a secure, temporary download link on our site immediately after purchase.
- Account Access: If you have a registered account on BitLearn, the report may also be available from your account page.
Typical Delivery Time
Delivery is typically automatic and immediate once payment or verification completes. In rare cases (payment verification, bank delays, high server load) delivery may take up to 24 hours. If you do not receive your report within 24 hours, please contact us at learn@bitlearn.academy and include your Name and Email entered during the assessment and payment reference.
Download Link Expiry & File Retention
For security and storage management we retain downloadable report files for a limited period. Typical retention:
- Download link active for 7 days from issue.
- Reports stored on server for up to 30 days unless you request earlier removal.
If your link expires, contact support, our team can re-generate and provide a fresh download link. Re-generation requests are handled promptly; depending on volume, allow up to 24 hours.
What to do if you don’t receive your report
- Check your spam/junk folder and any email filters.
- Confirm the email you provided at checkout is correct.
- If still missing, contact learn@bitlearn.academy with your Name, Email and payment reference.
