Refunds & Cancellations
Because the Career Potential Psychometric Assessment (CPPA) generates a personalized digital report immediately after completion, refunds are generally not available once the report has been issued or the download link has been generated.
When a refund may be considered
We consider refund requests only under these exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate payment (you paid twice by accident).
- Payment processing error that results in an unfulfilled purchase.
- We are unable to deliver the report due to technical issues which we cannot reasonably resolve within 72 hours.
How to request a refund
- Email learn@bitlearn.academy with the subject Refund Request.
- Include: your full name, email, Session ID, order/payment reference, and a short explanation.
- We will review the request and respond as soon as reasonably possible, typically within 3-5 business days.
Partial refunds & report re-issuance
In many cases where the report contains an error (e.g., incorrect name, corrupted file), we will re-generate the report at no additional cost.
Partial refunds are uncommon and evaluated case-by-case.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback via your bank or payment provider, please be aware that we will treat it as a dispute and will provide evidence
(delivery logs, email receipts, Session ID, generated files) to contest the claim. Contacting us first usually resolves the issue faster than a chargeback.
Refund processing
If a refund is approved, we will refund via the original payment method. Refund processing time varies by payment provider and bank (typically 5–14 business days).
