These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Career Potential Psychometric Assessment (CPPA) and related services offered by BitLearn CPPA (“we”, “us”, “our”). BitLearn is a personalized assessment and insights platform founded by Navin Budhwani. By purchasing or using our tests and reports, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • Service — the online Life Intelligence Test, scoring, report generation, and certificate delivery.
  • User / You — the individual taking the test or purchasing the report.
  • Report — the personalized PDF that summarises cognitive and emotional test results.

2. Nature of the Product

The Life Intelligence Report is a digital product that provides insights based on psychometric methods. It is intended for personal development and educational purposes and does not constitute clinical diagnosis or medical advice.

3. Purchase & Payment

  • Payments are processed via our chosen gateway (Razorpay). We do not store sensitive card data on our servers.
  • Prices are as listed at checkout. Any applicable taxes or fees will be shown before payment.
  • Successful payment authorizes us to generate and deliver the Report to your provided email address.

4. Delivery & Acceptance

Delivery is digital (email and/or secure download link). By accepting delivery you confirm you have received and accessed the Report. Check spam folders if you do not receive email. Contact us for re-delivery if necessary.

5. Refunds & Cancellation

Because reports are uniquely generated, refunds are not available in most cases after delivery. See our Refunds & Cancellations Policy for exceptions and the refund request process.

6. Intellectual Property

All test content, scoring algorithms, report templates and design are the intellectual property of BitLearn Academy. You may download and use your personal Report for non-commercial personal purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use requires written permission.

7. Privacy & Data

We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You consent to the collection and processing of data necessary to deliver the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BitLearn Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Report.

9. Accuracy & Use

While we use validated psychometric approaches, test results are probabilistic and indicative. The Report is a tool for self-reflection and development, and should not replace professional counselling or medical advice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. We will publish changes on this page and, when significant, notify users by email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where BitLearn Academy operates. Any disputes will be subject to local courts.

We implement strict security measures and industry-standard encryption. All payments are processed through Razorpay’s secure PCI-DSS compliant gateway. No payment information is stored on our servers.

4. Data Retention

Your report files may be automatically deleted after a certain time to manage server load. However, you may request regeneration of your report through email.
